At Switzer Goods, we keep things straightforward. These terms govern your use of our site (switzergoods.com) and purchases of our canvas bags. By shopping with us or using the site, you agree to these terms.

USING THE SITE
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) to place orders or create an account. Provide accurate info when you do. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for any reason (including suspected fraud), with or without notice.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All orders are offers to buy—subject to acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse). Prices exclude taxes and shipping, which are added at checkout. Payment is due in full; we use secure processors. Title to goods passes upon full payment and delivery to the carrier.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates only—risk of loss passes to you once shipped. Check our Shipping page for current rates and zones. Customs duties/taxes for international orders are your responsibility.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love your bag. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order (EU consumer rights apply). Return unused items in original condition for a full refund. To exercise withdrawal, contact support@switzergoods.com or use our returns process on the site. Return shipping is on you unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

OUR PRODUCTS
Descriptions and images aim for accuracy, but slight variations in color/fabric may occur due to screens or natural materials. Our bags are built durable for everyday use—no additional warranties beyond legal requirements (conformiteit under Dutch law).

LIABILITY
Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We limit liability to the purchase price of the item. We’re not responsible for indirect losses, data issues, or third-party actions.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, and trademarks on switzergoods.com are ours (or licensed). Don’t copy, reproduce, or use without permission.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law, with full respect for EU consumer protections (e.g., Consumer Rights Directive). Disputes fall under competent courts in the Netherlands—or your local consumer authority if applicable.

CHANGES
We may update these terms—continued use means acceptance. We’ll highlight material changes here.
