At Switzer Goods, we aim for smooth, no-fuss delivery and hassle-free returns. Here’s how it works for our canvas bags.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands using reliable carriers (e.g., PostNL for NL/EU, international partners like DHL or equivalents for further afield).
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
NL/EU: 2–5 business days; Rest of world: 5–14 business days (estimates only—actual times vary by location and customs).
COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We offer transparent rates—no hidden fees. Free shipping thresholds may apply in select regions (check during checkout).
RISK & TITLE
Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon handover to the carrier. Title passes on full payment.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders outside the EU, you’re responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. We declare accurately but can’t control local charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your bag—if not, no worries.
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase for any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive applies).
CONDITIONS
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags/labels/packaging intact.
PROCESS
Contact support@switzergoods.com or use our returns form on the site to start. We’ll provide a return label or instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
You cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (in which case we reimburse reasonable return costs).
REFUNDS
Processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Shipping costs from original order are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
EXCEPTIONS
No returns on personalized/custom items (if any) or hygienic products—none apply to our standard bags currently. Faulty/damaged items qualify for repair, replacement, or refund under Dutch conformiteit rules.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 14 days—we’ll make it right quickly (photos help).
